PercentGain is a simple percentage gain and loss calculator. This Privacy Policy covers both the PercentGain native iOS app and the PercentGain website.

The native iOS app does not include Google Analytics and does not collect analytics data. The PercentGain website uses Google Analytics for basic website usage analytics.

Information PercentGain Collects

The PercentGain calculator is designed to work without collecting personal information. Values you enter into the calculator are used to calculate results on your device or in your browser.

PercentGain may store a small preference locally, such as your light or dark mode preference. This is stored on your device or in your browser and is used only to improve your experience.

Native iOS App

The native iOS app performs calculations on device. It does not require an account, does not transmit calculator values to a server, and does not include Google Analytics.

Website Analytics

The PercentGain website uses Google Analytics to understand general website usage, such as page views, approximate location, device type, browser type, and referring pages. This information is used to improve the website.

Google Analytics is used only on the PercentGain website. It is not included in the native iOS app.

If you contact PercentGain support using the support form, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and message. This information is used only to respond to your request and provide support.

Third-Party Services

PercentGain may use a third-party form provider to process support form submissions. Information submitted through the support form may be processed by that provider so your message can be delivered.
